Double-Blind Peer Review
All submissions must be completely anonymized. Authors must remove names, affiliations, funding acknowledgments, and self-referential citations from the initial PDF.
Standard IEEE Formatting
Papers must follow the standard IEEE 2-column conference manuscript guidelines (US Letter format, 10pt font). Use only official templates.
Publication & Indexing
Accepted papers presented by registered authors will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, indexed by DBLP, Scopus, and EI Compendex.
