Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Quick answers to common questions about manuscripts, double-blind review, and author participation.
Paper Submission & Formats
Q: What is the maximum page length for regular papers?
Full papers must be between 4 and 6 pages in standard IEEE double-column format (10 pt font). Authors may purchase up to two additional pages at $50 per page upon camera-ready submission.
Q: Is the review process single-blind or double-blind?
ACST 2027 operates under a double-blind peer review process. All author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and obvious identifying citations must be anonymized in initial submission PDFs.
Q: Can I submit a paper that is currently under review elsewhere?
No. ACST strictly prohibits dual submissions. Papers must report original, previously unpublished research and must not be concurrently under review at any other conference or journal.
Registration & Presentation
Q: Is virtual/remote presentation supported for accepted authors?
While in-person presentation is strongly encouraged to foster vibrant academic exchange, hybrid/remote oral presentation options are available for international authors facing documented visa delays or institutional travel restrictions.
Q: Can one author register for multiple accepted papers?
One full author registration covers one paper. A co-author can cover one additional paper with a discounted extra paper fee ($300). More than two papers will require another full registration.
Q: When will I receive the official visa invitation letter?
Visa letters are issued immediately by the conference secretariat within 2 business days after the author has completed registration and wire payment confirmation.
