Technical Program & Timetable

Three days of plenary keynote addresses, peer-reviewed oral technical sessions, poster exhibitions, and cultural exchanges in Da Nang.

Oral Presentation Duration

Regular papers are allocated 18 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A). Presenters must test slides with session student volunteers 10 minutes prior to session start.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster boards accommodate standard A0 Portrait format (841 x 1189 mm). Presenters must be available beside their posters during designated morning/afternoon coffee breaks.

Hybrid / Virtual Presentations

Pre-approved remote presenters will connect via high-definition Zoom feeds embedded in each room. Live camera feeds and screen sharing are required during remote Q&A.
