The full paper submission deadline has been extended to August 30, 2027 (23:59 AoE - Anywhere on Earth). This is a strict deadline.

Deadline & Submission Policies
All deadlines are set according to AoE (Anywhere on Earth, UTC-12). As long as the deadline has not passed in the latest time zone on earth, the submission system remains open.
No further extensions will be granted beyond August 30, 2027. Review assignments must be completed strictly on schedule to ensure high-quality reviews by October 10, 2027.
Authors of accepted papers must upload their final, non-anonymized PDF through IEEE PDF eXpress, complete the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF), and fulfill author registration by November 05, 2027.
Authors may update their uploaded PDF manuscript in EDAS at any time prior to the submission deadline of August 30, 2027.
