Submission Guidelines
Detailed instructions for formatting, preparing anonymized manuscripts, and submitting papers through the EDAS Information System.
Submit Paper via EDAS Information System
Create an account on EDAS, register your paper title and abstract, then upload your anonymized 6-page PDF manuscript before the August 30, 2027 deadline.
1. Manuscript Formatting & Official Templates
Submitted papers must follow the official IEEE 2-column conference manuscript format. Papers that deviate significantly from the formatting standards will be subject to desk rejection without peer review.
LaTeX Template Package
Official IEEEtran class template files and Overleaf compatible setup.
Word Template (.DOCX)
Standard US Letter 2-column Microsoft Word formatted document.
Formatting Checklist:
- Paper Length: Regular papers: 4 to 6 pages. Up to 2 additional pages may be purchased at $50/page for the camera-ready version.
- Paper Size: Standard US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches).
- File Type: PDF format only. Maximum file size is 15 MB.
- Fonts: Ensure all fonts are embedded and subset in the PDF.
- Headers & Footers: Do not include page numbers, running headers, or footers in the submitted review manuscript.
2. Double-Blind Anonymization Policy
ACST 2027 uses a double-blind peer review process. Authors are responsible for removing all identifying marks from the submitted PDF:
- Author names, affiliations, email addresses, or university emblems.
- Funding agency acknowledgments or specific grant identification numbers.
- Direct links to non-anonymized GitHub repositories or project websites.
- Refer to your own previous work in the third person (e.g., "In [4], Nguyen et al. demonstrated..." rather than "In our previous work [4]...").
- Use anonymous code/data sharing services (such as Anonymous GitHub) if providing supplementary benchmark code.

4. Publication Ethics, Plagiarism & Generative AI Policy

Generative AI Policy: In accordance with IEEE and ACM guidelines, generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Copilot) do not qualify for authorship. Any assistance from LLMs for writing or coding must be transparently disclosed in an Acknowledgment section upon camera-ready publication.
