Early-bird registration rates are available until November 15, 2027. Every accepted paper requires at least one Author registration.
To ensure your paper is included in the conference proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, at least one author must register at the Author rate (Full or Student Author) and complete payment by November 05, 2027. Papers without a confirmed paid registration will be withdrawn.

Registration Policies
- • At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the Author rate by November 05, 2027 for the paper to be published in the proceedings.
- • Student registrations must provide a valid student ID card or letter of confirmation from the university registrar during registration.
- • Cancellations requested before November 20, 2027 will receive a 70% refund. No refunds will be provided after this date due to conference commitments.
